The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) have launched the NextGen.Ke Youth Employment Programme in Kenya, aiming to equip 1,000 graduates with practical skills and link them to private sector jobs.

• The programme will initially benefit 1,000 youths, with plans to reach over 15,000 graduates in three years.
• Key partners include the UNDP and CRBC, with CRBC committing KSh 75 million.
• Beneficiaries will receive training in areas like artificial intelligence and leadership, along with 12-month paid placements.
