Amsons Group has committed a significant grant of Sh4.5 billion to construct 10 Level 4 mother and child hospitals across Kenya within three years, aiming to improve maternal and newborn healthcare.

• Sh4.5 billion (US$ 35 million) grant for the construction and equipping of 10 hospitals.
• The initiative, named the Amsons Mama na Mtoto Kwanza project, is spearheaded by Amsons Group, with President William Ruto of Kenya welcoming the partnership.
• The facilities will each have a 250-bed capacity and are intended to serve over 1 million underserved women, with construction scheduled from 2026/2027 to 2028/2029.
