• The evidence suggests Mr. Gachagua was admitted to Karen Hospital on October 17, 2024, with severe chest pain while the Senate impeachment proceedings were ongoing.
• The affidavit also states that President William Ruto personally telephoned the cardiologist to inquire about Mr. Gachagua's health condition.
