All contracts involving minors require explicit, documented parental or guardian consent to be legally valid.
The ESKF will enforce a zero-tolerance policy against organizations or individuals exploiting young players, operating under Kenya's Children's Act 2022 and Counter-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2010.
Parents and guardians are urged by the ESKF to thoroughly vet any agent, manager, or team before their child signs an esports agreement.
