The High Court has ordered the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) to compensate a contractor Sh75 million for work completed on the stalled Mandera-Wargadud Airport project, while upholding the authority's decision to terminate the contract due to fraud allegations.

• The court ruled SEO and Sons Limited is entitled to payment for services and equipment utilized by KAA before contract termination.
• A contractor, SEO and Sons Limited, bid for the airport construction in 2016.
• Payment for Sh15 million for surveys, Sh7 million for mobilization, and Sh53.4 million for clearing works was awarded.
