  • HELB CEO Geoffrey Monari assured that the online portal will be activated after KUCCPS finalizes university and TVET placements.
  • Ksh56.7 billion has been allocated to HELB in the national budget estimates for 2026/27.
  • First-time applicants will need to submit detailed personal and academic information, while continuing students can use the student portal, mobile app, or USSD service.
