Starlink has significantly reduced its upfront costs for satellite internet kits in Kenya by waiving activation fees on both the Starlink Mini and Standard kits.

• The initial payment for a Starlink Mini on an installment plan has dropped to KES 9,760, down from KES 26,010.
• This move by Starlink aims to boost adoption by lowering the barrier to entry for consumers.
• Activation fees for both the Starlink Mini (previously KES 16,250) and the Standard kit (previously KES 3,250) have been eliminated.
