Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru has announced significant support for beneficiaries of the National Government’s NYOTA youth empowerment programme, providing additional funds and waiving permit fees.

Each NYOTA beneficiary from Kirinyaga will receive an extra Ksh.10,000, increasing their total capital to Ksh.60,000.
All NYOTA beneficiaries from Kirinyaga will be exempted from paying county business permit fees.
This initiative complements the National Government’s efforts, with a total of Ksh.176 million disbursed to beneficiaries in Murang’a, Kirinyaga, and Nyeri counties.
