• Kanini Kega alleges he was pursued by armed police officers after attending a Democracy for Citizens Party (DCP) rally in Ol Joro Orok, Nyandarua County.
• His vehicle was reportedly vandalised by officers after he fled and took cover.
• The incident occurs amidst rising insecurity linked to political campaigns, with similar events involving other politicians reported recently.
