Kenya and the United States have signed a five-year Health Cooperation Framework, a Strategic Objective Grant Agreement (SOAG), to bolster the nation's health sector.

• This framework aims to align U.S. investments with Kenya’s national health priorities, including strengthening KEMSA, malaria, HIV, and TB programs, and digital health transformation, contributing to Universal Health Coverage (UHC).
