Kenya and Dubai have launched the Kenya Business Council to foster enhanced trade and investment, strengthening economic ties under the Kenya-United Arab Emirates Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA).

• AED13.6 billion (approximately KSh480 billion) in non-oil trade was recorded between Dubai and Kenya in 2025.
• The initiative involves the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI).
• The Kenya Business Council aims to represent Kenyan businesses and professionals in the UAE, facilitating networking, partnerships, and market access across the Gulf region.
