• Cherargei accused the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) of applying double standards.
• He demanded an investigation into Gachagua for allegedly referring to the Nandi community as a "militia."
• Duale is under investigation by the NCIC for remarks made in Garissa County, which he claims were a misquoted Somali proverb.
