• Duale insists on equal treatment regarding hate speech investigations, demanding Gachagua be summoned first for remarks targeting the Somali and Muslim communities.
• The NCIC is currently investigating Duale following complaints about his remarks made in Mandera County.
• Duale denies wrongdoing, claiming his words were misinterpreted and taken out of context, and has ruled out apologizing.
