A tragic road accident involving a private van, a trailer, and a 14-seater matatu on the Nakuru-Eldoret highway has claimed the lives of six people, including three students.

Six people confirmed dead in the crash.
The accident occurred at Lessos Junction in the Mlima Punda area on Thursday, July 30.
Multiple passengers were injured and transported to Burnt Forest Hospital and Plateau Hospital, with investigations launched by Uasin Gishu County Traffic Enforcement Officer Cornelius Chesimet.
