Kenya has officially opened a new Consulate General in Guangzhou, China, a strategic move aimed at bolstering trade, investment, and consular services.

The consulate aims to strengthen commercial ties in a key manufacturing, technology, and trade hub.
Principal Secretary for Foreign Affairs Dr Korir Sing'oei inaugurated the mission.
The new office will also provide more accessible consular services to Kenyans in southern China and facilitate engagement for Chinese investors.
