The Trump administration has returned approximately $100 billion in tariffs to US importers by the end of July, following a US Supreme Court ruling that deemed the tariff policies unconstitutional.

• $100 billion in tariff refunds, including duties and interest, has been completed.
• The refunds are being processed by the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
• The first payment was issued around May 11 after the US Supreme Court ruled on February 20 that the tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) were unconstitutional.
