A 30-year-old Kenyan farmer, Daniel Kanyoro, has successfully built a pig farming empire of over 200 pigs on a small plot in Molo, Nakuru County, demonstrating a remarkable agricultural venture.

• Kanyoro started with an initial capital of Sh250,000 to establish a pig shelter and purchase sows.
• He utilizes food waste from restaurants and markets, along with farm byproducts, to significantly reduce feed costs.
• His ambition is to expand his herd to over 1,000 pigs within the next year and supply larger processing companies.
