Two Indian nationals, Sandeep Sandeep and Ishwar Singh, have been rescued after being abducted shortly after arriving at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) on August 10, 2026. Three Pakistani nationals have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping.

• USD 32,000 ransom was demanded from the victims' families in India.
• The victims were found bound in a house in Tumaini Estate, Nkoroi, Kajiado South.
• Suspects Shahzad Haroon, Tariq Muhammad Muneeb, and Hassan Waqar were arrested by detectives from the Operation Support Unit (OSU).
