A helicopter crash in Samburu on Wednesday claimed the lives of seven people, including a Telemundo executive, a prominent Miami entrepreneur, and Ecuador's intelligence chief.

• Among the deceased was José Alberto Suárez, President and General Manager of multiple Telemundo stations in Florida.
• Also killed was Roger Edward Duarte, a Miami entrepreneur recognized as the ‘Stone Crab King’ and co-founder of My Ceviche.
• The crash also resulted in the death of Michele Sensi-Contugi, Director General of Ecuador's Strategic Intelligence Centre, and his wife, Stephany Hollihan.
