• Travellers denied boarding due to recent travel to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Uganda, or South Sudan should email Ebola-Travel-HELP@hq.dhs.gov.
• The restrictions, imposed by the President Donald Trump administration, require travellers to have been outside the affected countries for at least 21 days before boarding a U.S.-bound flight.
• Affected passengers must provide detailed personal and travel information, including dates of departure from the restricted countries.
