Huduma Kenya has issued a directive for Kenyans to collect their processed National IDs, birth certificates, and driving licences, as a significant number of these vital documents remain uncollected at its centers.

• Over 200,000 National IDs and 95,000 smart driving licences are ready for collection.
• The directive comes from Huduma Kenya in response to public concerns about document delays.
• 21 selected Huduma Centres are now operating extended hours (7am to 7pm) to facilitate collections.
