Applicants can track their loan application progress via the HELB online portal, a USSD service (dial *642#), or the HELB mobile application.
The HELB is currently processing applications for various financing programs, including the Jielimishe Loan (up to Ksh600,000) and loans through the Civil Servants Training Revolving Fund (up to Ksh500,000).
These digital tracking services aim to provide applicants with quicker updates on whether their application is being processed, has progressed, or requires further action.
