Approximately 1,700 young individuals from refugee and host communities in Garissa and Turkana will receive specialized digital skills training in fields like artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and data analytics.

• 1,700 youth will benefit from the 25-week program.
• The initiative is a collaboration between Power Learn Project (PLP), the International Labour Organization (ILO), Microsoft, and the Garissa County Government, with support from the Netherlands Government.
• Microsoft is providing up to 1,000 certification vouchers for courses such as Azure Fundamentals and Azure AI Fundamentals.
