• Businesses can now apply for and download licenses directly through the Nairobi City County website without intermediaries.
• The initiative aims to protect traders from fraud and streamline the licensing process.
• Governor Sakaja also announced plans to implement a verifiable identification system for county compliance officers within one month to eliminate impostors.
