The High Court has ensured that 303 learners at Gatoto Community Primary School can sit their 2026 KPSEA and KJSEA exams despite an ongoing management dispute.

• 303 learners will be able to take their national examinations.
• The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC), along with its authorized staff, will oversee exam preparations and administration.
• A consent order allows eight authorized staff access to the school from October 1 to October 30 to facilitate the process, ensuring the learners' educational interests are protected.
