Health CS Duale Submits 1,188 Files to DCI for SHA Fraud Investigation - September 2025

The move follows expectations that Duale would submit crucial fraud files to police leadership. President William Ruto reinforced this by delivering a strong message on accountability and corruption within SHA during a visit to Siaya. The issue has created a political rift, with some MPs calling for CS Duale's impeachment or resignation. Additionally, Senator Khalwale has called for the arrest of CS Duale and others over an alleged KSh 24B SHA scandal.
