Kenya and Senegal Sign Agreements for Visa-Free Travel and Trade - October 2025

Kenya and Senegal are strengthening their collaboration through a visa-free travel initiative. A new agreement has been signed that will allow citizens of both nations to travel between the two countries without needing a visa. This reciprocal visa waiver is intended to deepen ties between the East and West African nations. Presidents Ruto and Faye signed several bilateral agreements, including the visa-free access accord. These agreements are also aimed at removing non-tariff barriers to trade between the two nations, enhancing overall bilateral relations.
