Two former DCI officers, Cleophas Wambua Musinga and James Omwami, have today appeared in Kibera law courts over alleged theft. The two officers allegedly abducted Pravine Korir Kipkemoi on July 16th from his workplace in Mbagathi, before stealing from him.
