Education Officials Announce KCSE Cheating Penalties, KJSEA Results Date, and Confirm Free Education - November 2025

The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has announced that students caught cheating in the KCSE examinations will face a three-year ban and severe penalties. In other education news, the Ministry of Education announced that results for the Kenya Junior School Education Assessment (KJSEA) for Grade 9 learners will be released by December 11. This was stated by PS Julius Bitok. PS Bitok also reassured the public by denying rumors that the government plans to halt school funding, insisting that primary and secondary education remains free in Kenya.
