Vehicles Burned and Staff Attacked in Malava Constituency Violence - November 2025

Electoral violence erupted in Malava Constituency, leading to the burning of vehicles belonging to political leaders. A vehicle belonging to DAP-K party leader Eugene Wamalwa was deliberately set on fire by unidentified individuals in Manyonje, Butali ward. Another car was set on fire as violence erupted in the Muhonje area. The violence included clashes between supporters of the Panyako/DAP faction and the Ndakwa UDA group, resulting in injuries and damaged vehicles. In a related incident, Malava MP aspirant Hon. Seth Panyako reported that his driver was stabbed multiple times.
