Violence and Disruptions Reported in By-Elections in Narok, Mbeere North, and Kabuchai - November 2025

Several by-elections were marred by violence and disruptions. In the Chwele-Kabuchai ward, one person sustained severe injuries after being attacked during the voting exercise. The Narok Town Ward by-election also experienced violence, which was reported at Masikonde Polling Station. In the same ward, DCP candidate Douglas Masikonde was attacked the night before the election. In Mbeere North, police engaged with youths who were attempting to storm the Siakago Social vote tallying center as counting began.
