The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), says Legal and Financial Constraints, including the pending determination on the credibility of the 2019 Census Report by the Courts, could undermine it's readiness for the 2027 Polls. IEBC Chairman Erastus Ethekon, whil
