Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale and his Interior counterpart Kipchumba Murkomen have dismissed DCP Party leader Rigathi Gachagua’s dossier over alleged fraud in the operationalization of the Social Health Authority, saying the claims are baseless and lack evidence.
