President William Ruto announced plans to construct a regional refinery aimed at ending constant fuel disruptions during a meeting with the Kenyan diaspora at State House, Nairobi. Victims of protests against the Finance Bill 2024 are urging the government to expedite compensation payments as promised by the President.
