Kenya Premier League champions Gor Mahia have secured a major sponsorship boost, renewing their partnership with Kansai Plascon Kenya Limited for Sh30 million. The club is projected to earn over KSh170 million after a highly successful season. Joe Waithira has been awarded the top scorer award in the FKF Premier League after scoring 19 goals, while Enock Morrison also received recognition at the FKF Premier League Awards following their exceptional performances. The Football Kenya Federation, led by its President Hussein Mohammed, has called for player welfare to be prioritized in the advancement of football across Africa. Gor Mahia has also secured a new sponsorship deal providing financial boost ahead of their journey in the CAF Champions League.
