Infotrak survey ranks Murang'a Kenya's best-performing county - August 2026

A recent Infotrak survey indicates that Murang'a County has been ranked as Kenya's best-performing county. The survey assessed devolved units over the past 11 years and found that 75% of Kenyans believe county governments offer better service delivery than before devolution. The survey also identified top performing members of county assembly and the top five most improved governors, with best performing governors ranked by region.
