This temporary shutdown of its Personnel Licensing (PEL) Department will last for 30 days to facilitate a complete transition to a new, automated licensing system.

• The KCAA aims to eliminate duplication, improve efficiency, and provide faster, seamless service through this digital transition, which includes a computer-based examination system.
