Nine Bodies Exhumed from Shallow Graves in Kwa Binzaro, Kilifi County - August 2025
The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has exhumed four more bodies from shallow graves in Kwa Binzaro, Kilifi county. This brings the total number of bodies recovered since Thursday to nine. The victims were reportedly found buried naked. The operation is part of an ongoing investigation in the Binzaro area of Malindi. Officials plan to resume the operation on Monday with the aim of exhuming a total of 27 marked graves.
