  • Motor vehicle inspections will also be booked and paid for on eCitizen for a fee of Kshs. 1,050, eliminating physical forms and utilizing digital tablets for inspectors.
  • The internal inspection procedures have been reduced from 25 steps to just nine, cutting wait times to less than 20 minutes, and new safety parameters like KS372:2019 and KS2295:2018 compliance have been introduced.
