The Samsung Galaxy A07 has officially launched in Kenya, priced at Ksh 12,800 for the 64GB model and Ksh 14,600 for the 128GB version, targeting consumers seeking a durable, budget-friendly device. Following their tease at MWC 2025, TECNO has also officially launched its Spark Slim and POVA Slim smartphones, which aim to bring flagship-like designs and displays to budget-conscious consumers. In the mobile services sector, Safaricom has launched two new mobile plans specifically for the transport gig economy. The plans, named ‘Ofa Ya Boda Boda’ and ‘Bundle Ya Deree’, are targeted at boda boda riders and online ride-hailing drivers in Kenya. These bundles combine connectivity with financial and safety benefits to address the operational challenges faced by these workers.
