Land Cabinet Secretary Alice Wahome announced plans to sue Kiambu Senator Karungo wa Thang'wa for defamation over allegations of her involvement in a land-grabbing scheme in Ruiru. Separately, Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa has urged President William Ruto to fire Cooperatives Cabinet Secretary Wycliffe Oparanya.
