NTSA Directs Motorists to Update Contact Details Ahead of New Traffic Offences Framework - May 2026
The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) is directing all motorists to update their contact details on its digital platform to prepare for the rollout of a new minor traffic offences framework starting June 1, 2026. The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has issued a 30-day eviction notice to traders and occupants operating unlawfully along the Kamulu-Joska-Malaa-Tala-Kangundo Road. Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) experienced a notable decrease in passenger traffic in March 2026, according to a report by the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS), even as the government prepares for a multi-billion airport expansion.
