Police investigate death of teen Bellacah Wambui Kamau at Kayole apartment block - July 2026

Police are investigating the death of 19-year-old Bellacah Wambui Kamau, who reportedly fell from a top floor of a Kayole apartment block. The main suspect in the brutal murder of 25-year-old Nyeri businesswoman Joy Kanini will remain in police custody for 21 days. A former army major was sentenced to life imprisonment after being found guilty of murdering his wife and two children.
