Team Kenya is intensifying preparations for the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, with the Commonwealth Games Association of Kenya (CGA) holding a strategic meeting to ensure athlete welfare, training, and performance targets are met. Kenyan athletes are simultaneously in a fierce battle for points as the Diamond League circuit heads towards its finals in Brussels this September. These preparations come as Kenya builds momentum ahead of major international athletics competitions. At the same time, Nakuru RFC has secured a significant sponsorship renewal with Smart Applications International, ensuring continued financial support for the upcoming 2026/2027 Kenya Rugby season. The sponsorship marks continued investment in Kenya's rugby infrastructure ahead of competitive seasons.
