Police are actively pursuing suspected bandits five days after a deadly attack along the West Pokot-Turkana border resulted in the deaths of three people and the theft of hundreds of cattle. A security crisis has gripped Lokwaar, Nakuse in Turkana South following a violent livestock raid that resulted in the deaths of three people. Despite ongoing efforts, no arrests have been made five days after the incident. In a separate incident, four people were killed in the Lokwar area of Turkana.
