Beth Wahito, a Member of County Assembly (MCA) from Nyandarua County, died in a road accident on the Nakuru-Nairobi Highway while returning home from a meeting.

• Wahito was struck by a Guardian Angel bus at approximately 11pm on Saturday.
• She was a member of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) and had a leadership career spanning over **30 years**.
• Speaker Stephen Wachira Waiganjo praised her for her courageous leadership and dedication to serving her community.
