The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has announced a 10-day traffic disruption on the busy Nairobi-Nakuru highway starting from July 10 to July 20, 2025.

• Disruption is on the Nairobi - Nakuru - Mau Summit (A8) and Nairobi - Maai Mahiu - Naivasha (A8 South) Roads.
• Motorists will be required to stop for various surveys to aid in traffic management.
• The disruption follows a recent severe traffic jam that trapped motorists after an accident near the Gilgil weighbridge.
