The Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) has announced plans for significant upgrades to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) and Wilson Airport, calling for public input through a Strategic Environmental and Social Assessment (SESA).

• The SESA will assess environmental and social impacts of the airports' future developments, to be led by Dar Al Handasah Consultants and Geodev (K) Ltd.
• Key public participation sessions for Wilson Airport are scheduled for **July 21, 23,** and **28**, while those for JKIA will occur on **July 22, 24,** and **25**.
• KAA emphasized that community involvement is crucial to shaping the future operations of these essential transport infrastructures.
