Nakuru Girls High School has been closed indefinitely following a student riot that occurred after night preparations on Wednesday, July 23.

• Students destroyed end term evaluation papers and broke window panes during the incident.
• The letter to parents was signed by Rose Menjo, the school's principal.
• Fortunately, the situation has been contained, and all students are safe, with damage assessment scheduled by the State Department of Public Works.
