Billions have been allocated to the fund, primarily benefiting national teams and infrastructure, leaving community-based clubs struggling.

• Currently, the Sports Fund (established under the Sports Act, 2013) pools revenue from sources including lottery and betting taxes, with a significant portion going to national team preparations, stadium renovations, and sports administration.
